Offered for sale is this lovely example of an 1836 William IV gold Sovereign. We have graded it at VF+, but please refer to our un-retouched photos to determine the quality yourself.
1,714,349 bullion sovereigns were minted In 1836.
The obverse design is by William Wyon and the reverse by Jean Baptiste Merlen.
This is a highly collectable gold Sovereign and is a little harder to source, compared to other William IV dates.
